   Behold Azazel: the Extraterrestrial-Revisited

“About the time of the End, a body of men will be raised up who will turn their attention to the [Biblical] Prophecies and insist upon their literal interpretation in the midst of much clamor and opposition.” Sir Isaac Newton (1642-1727)

What Satan had meant for evil, God ultimately used for good in helping me to expose this ongoing deception.

“You meant evil against me but God meant it for good to accomplish what is now being done, the saving of many lives” (Genesis 50:20).

As I have stated many times before, the Bible speaks of the interaction between fallen angels, who in my mind are so called extraterrestrials, and earth women.

“The sons of God saw that the daughters of men were beautiful and they took wives for themselves, whosoever they choose… and the Nephilim were the children of such unions”(Genesis 6:2,4).

While some theologians try to argue that these sons of God were the righteous Biblical sons of Seth, the explanation of them as angels, particularly fallen angels, is not mine alone but indeed goes back a long time. It is found in the Genesis Apocryphon in The Dead Sea Scrolls and was believed by Church Fathers, Philo of Alexandria, Justin Martyr, Irenaeus, and Tertullian. The noted modern day Biblical scholar, W.F. Albright wrote that Genesis 6:2 spoke of the “intercourse between angels and women.”

While their offspring, the Nephilim (Genesis 6:4) are called “giants” in the King James Bible, the Hebrew word is actually derived from naphal which means the fallen ones. It was translated into gegenes in the Greek Septuagint, the Greek translation of the Old Testament, which is probably where the word giants incorrectly derived.

There is an old rabbinic tradition that the beauty of women’s long hair tempted the angels. Paul in the New Testament speaks of women keeping their heads covered because of the angels (1 Corinthians 11:10). Isn’t it amazing how so called ET’s, i.e. wicked fallen angels, were mentioned in the Bible beginning thousands of years ago?

But what does this all have to do with my Azazel you ask?

The extra biblical Book of Enoch was popular among early Christians. It is thought to have been written around 200 BC but was not translated until the 1800’s from a text found in Ethiopia in 1768 AD The Apostle Jude quotes directly from Enoch about the Second Coming of the Lord in judgment in his verses 14 and 15.

“And about these also, Enoch, in the seventh generation from Adam, prophesizes saying, ‘Behold, the Lord comes with many thousands of His holy men, to execute judgment upon all, and to convict all the ungodly of all their ungodly deeds which they have done in an ungodly way, and of all the harsh things which ungodly sinners have spoken against Him.’ “(Jude 14-15).

The early Church father, Tertullian, wanted Enoch to be a part of the Bible Canon but it was decided to the contrary by the Church in Rome. It is part of the Bible of the Coptic Orthodox Church of Egypt.

The Book of Enoch speaks of his travel to the fifth heaven where Enoch also saw these same fallen angels which he called Grogori which mated with human females as described again in Genesis 6:2.

The Book of Enoch states that 200 of these Watchers descended to earth in the days of Jared (Genesis 5:18) and some were given names. The worst one of all according to Enoch was called Azazel. Just as in the Apocalypse of Abraham, Azazel is described here as having “scattered over the earth the secrets of heaven and rebelled against the “Mighty One”.

Azazel is also associated with the Jewish Day of Atonement. On that Day, the sins of the people of Israel were laid on the scapegoat and then the scapegoat was driven away to Azazel, to the wilderness (Leviticus 16:21-22)). Azazel was viewed as a demon that inhabited this region in the Judean wilderness.

Thus the naming of my image Azazel makes some sense. It was indeed a demon that rebelled against God and came to Earth disguised to many as an extraterrestrial rather than a fallen angel. The strange thing, however, is that I did not know any of this at the time.

Another extra biblical work, the Book of Jubilees, described these angels as Watchers (as did Daniel 4:13,17, 23) coming to earth to instruct the children of men and bring about justice and equity to earth. However, the story ends in the same way as before; instead of instigating justice and equity they instead lusted after the women of earth and merited the full judgment of God.

This is all too similar to many present day extraterrestrials that say that they are coming to bring world peace and harmony yet really have other agendas. It is sad how many well meaning people have been deceived by this ruse and are anxiously waiting to welcome the ETs.

The Book of Enoch, according to The Omega Conspiracy: Satan’s Last Assault on God’s Kingdom by I.D.E. Thomas, stated that these Watchers instructed people on the use of dividing of roots (medicinal from hallucinogenic), incantations, astrology, charms, enchantments, magic, and “the secrets of cosmetics”. They also assisted men with weapons of destruction.

“There arose much godlessness. They committed fornication and they went astray and became corrupt in all their ways.”

Thomas wrote that things got so bad on Earth according to the Book of Enoch that the archangels Michael, Uriel and Gabriel reported the matter to the Most High God.

“The whole earth has been filled with blood and unrighteousness and now, behold the souls of those who have died are crying out and making their suit to the gates of heaven and their lamentations have ascended and cannot cease because of the lawless deeds which are wrought upon the Earth.”

According to Enoch as stated by Thomas, God was angry at the Watchers for the horrible practices that they had introduced on the Earth. They had taught certain cosmic secrets to their sons the Nephilim. They had devoured one another’s flesh and drank their blood. This cannibalism shocked even the depraved citizens of earth. Enoch was instructed by the Most High to deliver a warning to the Watchers.

“Enoch, Thou scribe of righteousness, go and deliver to the Watchers of Heaven who have left the high heavens, the holy eternal place, and have defiled themselves with earthly women. They have wrought great destruction on earth and they shall have neither peace nor forgiveness of sin.”

The Watchers then approached Enoch to mediate on their behalf. God rejected this and instructs Enoch to tell them that they will have no peace for their efforts.

God then tells Enoch to give Noah the message that He is going to destroy the Earth.

“I (God) will blot out man whom I have created from the face of the land “(Genesis 6:7).

“And angels who did not keep their own domain but abandoned their proper abode, He (God) has kept them in eternal bonds under darkness for the judgment of the great day” (Jude 6).

“For God did not spare angels when they sinned but cast them into hell and committed them to pits of darkness (Tartarus) reserved for judgment” (2 Peter 2:5).

These angels went after “strange flesh” (human) against the will of God just as some men did in Sodom and Gomorrah (homosexual) and were destroyed (Jude 7).

Thus according to the Bible and the Book of Enoch and other extra biblical texts, God cast the fallen angel Watchers into prison (Tartarus) for their sins and their hybrid offspring, the Nephilim were not to be resurrected but were to wander as spirits over the Earth forever.

“The dead will not live; the deceased spirits (Hebrew: Rephaim, i.e. Nephilim) will not rise” (Isaiah 26:14).

What sounds like a plot out of the X-Files TV show, God had to get rid of the alien (fallen angel) DNA that had commingled with human DNA. Only Noah and his family had pure human DNA. God thus considered them righteous (Genesis 6:8-9). God needed a pure bloodline for the Messiah Jesus. God wiped out all other people in the Great Flood.

“Thus He blotted out every living thing that was on the Earth (Genesis 7:23).

This was to be in the year of 461 Annus Mundi which Bishop Usher later calculated to be in 3543 BC.

These Watchers were associated with Jared the fifth in line from Adam (Genesis 5:18).

This was confirmed by other documents including The Zadokite Document, the Apocalypse of Baruch and the Testament of the Patriarchs.

I believe that these other of these Watchers, aliens, actually fallen angels, are back again (as they came back in Numbers 13:33 to plague the Israelites) not only to try once more to mess with our DNA, but more importantly to provide an explanation for the prophetic upcoming rapture of the Church before the apocalypse to meet Jesus in the clouds. It will be explained to those left behind that those who suddenly vanish were instead abducted by aliens in UFOs.

Demons (fallen angels) tremble at the name of Jesus (James 2:19). This happens because in the three days between His crucifixion and His physical resurrection from the dead, after Christ had died for sins once and for all, for the just and the unjust, in order that He might bring us to God, having been put to death in the flesh, but made alive in the spirit, Christ also went and made a proclamation to these spirits (fallen angels) now in prison in Tartarus who once were disobedient in the days of Noah. He proclaimed His triumph over them and over sin, death, hell, and Satan (1 Peter 3:18-20). When He had disarmed the rulers (fallen angels), He made a public display of them having triumphed over them (Colossians 2:15).

God highly exalted Him and bestowed on Him the name which is above all names (Philippians 2:9). At the name of Jesus, every knee shall bow of those on the earth (us) and those under the earth (fallen angels) and every tongue shall confess that Jesus Christ is Lord to the glory of God the Father (Philippians 2:10). Next time you are confronted by an extraterrestrial ("alien") who is trying to deceive or abduct you just call out the name of Jesus and it will leave. I did it when I was confronted by demons who wanted to harm me and it worked. The name of Jesus is a powerful name above all other names.

In conclusion, all that I am trying to say is that this UFO phenomenon is real and is an important part of the end time's fulfillment of prophetic Scripture. Do not be deceived by these cunning fallen angels who would love nothing more than to lead you smiling to the pits of hell with them.

God loves everyone so much that He sent His only begotten Son to die for everyone's sins and give everyone who believes eternal life (John 3:16). He wants everyone's eyes opened to the ultimate spirituality of this UFO phenomenon and for everyone to realize that Jesus is their Savior not some extraterrestrial, fallen angel, antichrist, demon.

"We struggle not against flesh and blood (extraterrestrial aliens) but against the rulers, against the powers, against the world forces of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places (extraterrestrial fallen angels)" (Ephesians 6:12).

Remember, that "Whoever will call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. How then shall they call upon Him in whom they have not believed? And how shall they believe in Him whom they have not heard? And how shall they hear without a preacher? And how shall they preach unless they are sent? Just as it is written, 'How beautiful are the feet of those who bring glad tidings of good things" (Romans 10:13-15).

Dr. Stephen M. Yulish went to be with the Lord on November 19, 2012 due to M.S. complications.  Stephen Yulish had a BA in Human Evolution and a MA and a PHD in History. He was a Professor at the University of Arizona and later a Jewish community professional. In spite of all of this, he accepted Jesus Christ in 1988 after a series of revelatory visions and a dream. Despite his MS he still served the Lord everyday through his writings before he passed away.
